CORRUGATED COLLARS ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Both cardboard and hinges are burnable and approved to be burned. The traditional wooden pallet collar has nailed hinges that are hard to remove, and the galvanized metal can not be burned eco-friendly.
The sides of the collar are made of 15mm thick special cardboard, a pure natural product that is recyclable. The hinges are moulded from PP plastic.
The unique combination of plastic hinges and cardboard is a new patented invention. Suppliers, using cartons or other kinds of packing, can by using this invention make substantial environmental and economic savings. The Collar can also be reused, which of course increases the environmental savings even more. |

COLLAR HAS A LOW WEIGHT
The Collar weighs less than 2.5kg - -i.e. about 5kg less than a wooden pallet collar. This means considerable lower transport costs, especially when airfreighting. The low weight also saves lifting injuries to personnel. |

COLLAR IS EASY TO PROFILE
Logotype and other marketing messages are easily applied on the sides of the Collar with decals or screenprint. This is very important, as goods are more and more often sold directly from pallets to retail outlets. |

COLLAR IS 25% BIGGER
The standard size is 800x1200 mm (full pallet) and 600x800 mm (half pallet), both 250 mm high. The size of Collar can also be adjusted to special needs, even smaller if required. |

COLLAR IS EXPORT SAFE
The Collar solves the problems with the new restrictions for import/export – ISPM15 (International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures, for more info go to www.ippc.int. |

COLLAR IS CHEAPER
The Collar gives great economic savings compared to the wooden pallet collar, both through lower buying price, the possibility to leave out cartons and other packaging, the fact that it is reusable and, of course, the lower freight costs. |
