The plastic pocket has a sturdy rear piece with a moulded fold over part, which allows for simple, stable fastening to the pallet collar. The front side is made from transparent plastic, which protects the label against dirt and wear. It also protects against moisture in connection with outdoor storage. The plastic pockets are available in three standard sizes, A4, A5 and A6 but we can also manufacture a size to suit your requirements.

With our pallet collar dividers you can utilise the pallet collar to the maximum. In a flash you can divide your pallet collar into a number of smaller equally sized compartments without damaging the collar, so from now on you will avoid having half-empty pallets. The dividers can be made to suit any size of pallet collar in either plywood or wood.

| Pallet Spacers |

The buildable pallet rack. With our pallet spacer you save on floor space and at the same time get stable stacking. You can easily access to pick goods directly from the pallet collar without a pallet rack. The pallet spacers will take up a weight of 1000 Kg.

| Pallet Collar Locks |

Our efficient collar locks prevent the collar being lifted when hit unintentionally, preventing items falling out of your container and causing injuries. The locks are available to fit onto either one, two, three or four collars. They are fast and easy to install and are a way of securing the collar to the pallet without causing either pallet or collar damage.

| Pallet Collar Lids |

The lids are used to make up a complete secure container. We stock standard sizes of 800 x 600, 1200 x 800 and 1200 x 1000 in either plywood, which is 9mm thick or wood, which is 16mm thick. All lids have batons set in on the under side to stop movement when on the collars. We can also supply a plastic lid to help cover the goods, which is made from Polystyrene PS (Recycled Plastic), which is 44mm thick and fits a 1200 x 800 pallet collar.

| Stacking Corners |

|
The stacking corners are made from durable polyethylene, these slide onto each corner of the pallet collar, you can then mount another pallet directly on top. It will make the pallets firm and secure when you stack them together.
